A little bit about myself. I am guitarist, composer and guitar instructor living in East Tennessee. I have been studying music and the guitar for over 25 years. I have a BA in Music (classical guitar) from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and a MM (Jazz Studies) from the University of Tennessee.
I am professionally experienced in many styles of music - jazz, rock, blues, country, classical.
As a composer, I have written numerous jazz tunes and collaborated with many songwriters over the years. In 2001 I was commissioned to compose and score original music for "Celebrate Freedom: the Musical" which is featured in an annual event sponsored by the City of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee called "Celebrate Freedom".
